M&S Service Language / 2007-08
Following the much loved re-branding of M&S, the company wanted to refresh their service points: tills, information desks etc. Working in collaboration with Fold7Creative our re-design considered manufacturing, safety, IT and cost requirements. It went from re-arranging the components of a till unit for better efficiency to the overall layout and design of the Home Ordering area. Our proposal was well received by staff and customers alike and can currently be seen in the M&S flagship store in London’s Westfield Shopping Centre. The service kit is currently rolling out across the board.
